Our Slide Design

Our challenge 

Mr. Goodsir assigned us with a task to make a slide with suitable trusses. We had to do this because our old slides trusses were not stable enough. We were only allowed to use Popsicle sticks, toilet rolls and hot glue guns for our slide.

Our final thoughts

Now that our slide is finished we are very pleased with our result. We have learnt a lot from this experience and now know more about strength. If we could improve our design we would hide the welding and fix up the paint job.
